Wildwood Garden
Discover the beauty of Wildwood garden at Bilpin.

Wildwood is a two-hectare garden neslted among 10ha of towering natives. It is set on a gentle slope with broad, crushed granite paths that meander beside a waterfall and ponds, then wind beneath the trees and across sweeping lawns to a tranquil lake. Seats are scattered throughout to encourage visitors to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
Wildwood has a tearoom, gift shop, nursery, toilets, disabled parking and picnic grounds besides the lake.

Adults: $10, Concession: $8, Children under 16 years Free

Waratah Workshop with Gordon Meiklejohn TBA
Join Gordon Meiklejohn, a grower of Australian and South African Flora, to learn how to strike waratah cuttings and hear tips on how best to care for your cuttings and plants. Gordon’s cut flowers are sold in the Sydney Flower Market with his farm in Southwest Sydney specialising in Telopea but also growing Grevilleas, Banksias, Kangaroo Paw, Protea and Brunia. As a propagator who trades as Brimstone Waratahs, he specialises in Telopea and Banksia having been mentored by the noted authority on Waratahs, Paul Nixon.
